Meet Our Staff

Our therapists at ABC are highly qualified and directly trained by our supervisors (BCaBA – Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) or BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). All new therapists, whether they have prior experience in the field or not, are required to complete our proprietary training protocol. ABC’s training is composed of different phases. New therapists must independently complete a 40-hour training module where they have to complete written assignments on materials presented; observe live therapy sessions with a seasoned therapist (RBT, BCaBA or BCBA); engage in hands on training by following all steps included in Task Analysis Training; and pass a competency exam presented by a supervisor.
